Applicability: This Policy applies to all Johnson County Community College (“JCCC” or the “College”) departments and operations.

Purpose: The purpose of this Policy is to grant authority for the designation of bank(s) and disbursement authority for the College.

Statement:

The Board of Trustees shall approve the bank(s) designated as a depository of the College, the official(s) designated to deposit or withdraw funds from such designated bank(s), and the official(s) designated to authorize release of funds to satisfy obligations of the College or otherwise facilitate the efficient conduct of College business.
